It was aged for 18 months in 40% new (51% American, 49% French) and 60% one- to two-year-old French and American oak barrels. Deep garnet-purple colored, it does pirouettes out of the glass with notes of crushed blackberries, wild blueberries and ripe blackcurrants plus hints of lilacs, menthol, forest floor and pencil shavings with a touch of wild sage. Medium-bodied, the palate is as intense as it is elegant, featuring layers of fresh black and blue fruits and gentle herbal accents, framed by firm, grainy tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing long and minerally. 36,000 cases were made.(The Wine Advocate, Nov 06, 2020) ¥¸¥ç¥»¥Õ ¥Õ¥§¥ë¥×¥¹ ¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í ¥½¡¼¥ô¥£¥Ë¥è¥ó 2018 Joseph Phelps Cabernet Sauvignon ¥¢¥á¥ê¥« ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢ À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù 14,800 円

Gros range: wonderful, minerally red berry fruit, dried flowers and just a hint of warm gravel in the background. It gains intensity in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with supple, ripe tannin. The acidity is very well judged and there is a creamy texture lending harmony to this Richebourg. I do think it is the most complex Richebourg I have tasted from the domaine in recent years, but it is one of the most sensual. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, gently gripping the mouth and demonstrating admirable weight and complexity. Full-bodied, broad and layered, it's deep and concentrated, its ample core of fruit only partially concealing a hefty payload of sweet, powdery, generously extracted tannin. Poyferré is generally the most flamboyant and demonstrative of the three Léovilles, but in 2020, it's chunkier, broader shouldered and more brooding than usual.(The Wine Advocate, Apr 07, 2023) ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ì¥ª¥ô¥£¥ë ¥Ý¥ï¥Õ¥§¥ì 2020 Chateau Leoville Poyferre ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ À֥磻¥ó 24,800 円

The palate is medium-bodied with sour cherry and wild strawberry fruit. More structure than the aromatics imply, this Echézeaux exerts a gentle grip, touches of cracked black pepper and thyme towards the easygoing finish.
