Rich, creamy and layered, the Heintz has that oily texture that is such a signature here. Apricot, tangerine oil, mint, spice and brown butter lend notable complexity. Exotic tropical overtones compensate brighter saline nuances that lend tension to balance some of the more overt qualities that come so naturally.(Vinous, June 2022) ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢ÌþúȪ¤Î¸ÄÀ¤¬À¸¤¤ë°ïÉÊ ¥»¥ê¥¿¥¹ Ceritas ¥»¥ê¥¿¥¹¤Ï¡¢Á϶ȼԤΥ¸¥ç¥ó¡¦¥ì¥¤¥Æ¥Ã¥¯¤òɮƬ¤Ë¡¢Ã±°ìȪ¤Ë¥Õ¥©¡¼¥«¥¹¤·¤¿¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¼ê³Ý¤±¤ë¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¤Î¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Õ¥¡¡¼¥¹¥È¥ê¥ê¡¼¥¹¤Ï2005ǯ¡£ ¥¥¹¥é¡¼¤Î¥¥å¥ô¥§¡¦¥¥ã¥µ¥ê¥ó¸þ¤±¤Ë¥Ô¥Î¡¦¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¶¡µë¤·¤Æ¤¤¿¥ª¥¯¥·¥Ç¥ó¥¿¥ë¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥ä¡¼¥É¤ò»Ï¤á¡¢¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢ºÇÎɤÎȪ¤ÈĹ´ü·ÀÌó¤ò·ë¤ó¤Ç¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¡Ö¥ô¥£¥Î¥¹¡×¥¢¥ó¥È¥Ë¥ª¡¦¥¬¥Ã¥í¡¼¥Ë¤¬¹âɾ²Á¥»¥ê¥¿¥¹¤Ï¥¸¥ç¥ó¤È¥Õ¥©¡¼¥Ö¤Î¥ì¥¤¥Æ¥Ã¥¯É׺ʤ¬¡¢¥·¥ã¥ë¥É¥Í¡¢¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¡¢¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥½¡¼¥ô¥£¥Ë¥è¥ó¤Çñ°ìȪ¤Ë¥Õ¥©¡¼¥«¥¹¤·¤¿¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¤¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Æ¡¢¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ËºÇ¤âÀºÄ̤¹¤ë¡Ö¥ô¥£¥Î¥¹¡×¤ÎɾÏÀ²È¥¢¥ó¥È¥Ë¥ª¡¦¥¬¥Ã¥í¡¼¥Ë¤¬¡¢¥Ô¥Î¡¦¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¤È¤ê¤ï¤±¹â¤¯É¾²Á¤·¤Æ¤¤¤ë¡£ ¡Ö¥È¥é¥¦¥È¡¦¥¬¥ë¥Á¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥ä¡¼¥É¡×¤Î2018ǯ¤È2017ǯ¡¢¡Ö¥ª¥¥·¥Ç¥ó¥¿¥ë¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥ä¡¼¥É2016¡×¡¢¡Ö¥¨¥ê¥ª¥Ã¥È¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥ä¡¼¥É¡×¤Î2015ǯ¤È2014ǯ¤Ë¤½¤ì¤¾¤ì97ÅÀ¤òÍ¿¤¨¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥â¥Î¥Ý¡¼¥ë¤Ø¤Î¤³¤À¤ï¤ê¤ÈºÇÎÉȪ¤È¤ÎĹ´ü·ÀÌ󥸥ç¥ó¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤¤ê¤ÏÅÁÅýŪ¤Ç¡¢¿Í°ÙŪ¤Ê²ðÆþ¤òºÇÂç¸Â¤ËÈò¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥½¥Î¥Þ¡¦¥³¡¼¥¹¥È¡¢¥í¥·¥¢¥ó¡¦¥ê¥ô¥¡¡¼¡¦¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¡¢¥µ¥ó¥¿¡¦¥¯¥ë¡¼¥º¡¦¥Þ¥¦¥ó¥Æ¥ó¤Ê¤É¤ÎÎäÎäÊȪ¤Ç¡¢¥Ó¥ª¥Ç¥£¥Ê¥ß¤«¥Ó¥ª¥Ç¥£¥Ê¥ß¤Ëž´¹Ãæ¤Î¶è²è¤Î¥Ö¥É¥¦¤ò¹ØÆþ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥â¥Î¥Ý¡¼¥ë¤Ë¤³¤À¤ï¤ê¡¢¥¥¹¥é¡¼¤Î¡Ö¥¥å¥ô¥§¡¦¥¥ã¥µ¥ê¥ó¡×¸þ¤±¤Ë¥Ô¥Î¡¦¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¶¡µë¤·¤Æ¤¤¿¡Ö¥ª¥¥·¥Ç¥ó¥¿¥ë¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥ä¡¼¥É¡×¤Ê¤É¡¢¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¤ÎºÇÎɤÎȪ¤ÈĹ´ü·ÀÌó¤ò·ë¤ó¤Ç¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ±Ñ¹ñ¤Î¡Ö¥Ç¥«¥ó¥¿¡¼¡×»ï¤¬2016ǯ¤Ë¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å°Ê³°¤ÎºÇ¹â¤Î¥Ô¥Î¡¦¥Î¥ï¡¼¥ë¤òÁª¤ó¤ÀºÝ¤Ë¤Ï¡¢¡Ö¥Ø¥ì¥ó¥¿¡¼¥ë¡¦¥ô¥£¥ó¥ä¡¼¥É¡¡¥ª¡¼¥ë¥É¥·¥ç¥Ã¥×¡¦¥Ö¥í¥Ã¥¯¡¡¥½¥Î¥Þ¡¦¥³¡¼¥¹¥È¡¡2013¡×¤¬¡Ö·æ½Ð¤·¤¿¥ï¥¤¥ó¡×¤ËÁª¤Ð¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥»¥ê¥¿¥¹ °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥»¥ê¥¿¥¹ ¥·¥ã¥ë¥É¥Í ¥Á¥ã¡¼¥ë¥º ¥Ï¥¤¥ó¥Ä ¥ô¥£¥ó¥ä¡¼¥É 2019 ¥Þ¥°¥Ê¥à 1500ml À¸»º¼Ô¢½Ð¤· Ceritas Chardonnay Charles Heintz Vineyard ¥¢¥á¥ê¥« ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢ Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó[¤Î¤³¤ê1ËÜ] 36,800 円

The wine is very promising indeed, unwinding in the glass with aromas of struck match, crisp orchard fruit and citrus oil, complemented by subtle hints of praline and sesame. Medium to full-bodied, with impressive cut and tension in this often rather open-knit vintage, it's elegantly textural and nicely concentrated, with tangy acids and a youthfully chalky finish. Expect it to put on weight with some time in bottle. I'm looking forward to getting acquainted with the rest of the 2018 Coche-Dury portfolio in the near future.(January 2021 Week 2, The Wine Advocate, 15th Jan 2021) ¥à¥ë¥½¡¼¤ÎÁÐàú¤ò¤Ê¤¹¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¶þ»Ø¤ÎÀ¸»º¼Ô ¥³¥·¥å ¥Ç¥å¥ê Coche Dury ¥¸¥ã¥ó¡¦¥Õ¥é¥ó¥½¥ï¡¦¥³¥·¥å¡¦¥Ç¥å¥ê¤Ï¡¢Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î¾ú¤¤Ë¤ª¤±¤ëÀ¤³¦Åª¤ÊÂè°ì¿Í¼Ô¤Ç¤¹¡£ 1920ǯÂå½éƬ¤Ë¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì¤òÃÛ¤¾å¤²¤¿É㤫¤é¡¢1972ǯ¤Ë¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì¤ò°ú¤·Ñ¤®¡¢Èà¤Ï¥à¥ë¥½¡¼¤Î1µéȪ¡Ö¥Ú¥ê¥¨¡¼¥ë¡×¤Ê¤É¡¢¶áÎ٤µ¤ÊÅÚÃϤÎÇã¼ý¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ½êÍÃϤò³ÈÂ礷¤Æ¤¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì¤ÎɾȽ¤¬¹â¤Þ¤ë¤Ë¤Ä¤ì¡¢¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì¤ÇÉӵͤᤵ¤ì¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎÎ̤âÁý¤¨¤Æ¤¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥¸¥ã¥ó¡¦¥Õ¥é¥ó¥½¥ï¤Î¿µ½Å¤Ç¸·³Ê¤Ê´ÉÍý¤Î¤â¤È¡¢6¤Ä¤Î¥¢¥Ú¥é¥·¥ª¥ó¡Ê¥à¥ë¥½¡¼¡¢¥Ô¥å¥ê¥Ë¡¼¡¦¥â¥ó¥é¥Ã¥·¥§¡¢¥ª¥¯¥»¡¼ ¥Ç¥å¥ì¥¹¡¢¥â¥ó¥Æ¥ê¡¼¡¢¥ô¥©¥ë¥Í¥¤¡Ë¤Ë¹¤¬¤ë9ha¤Î¶Ë¾®¶è²è¤ÎȪ¤Ç¡¢À¤³¦Åª¤ËÍ̾¤Ê¥ï¥¤¥ó¤¬Â¤¤é¤ì¤ë¤è¤¦¤Ë¤Ê¤Ã¤¿¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ Èà¤Ï¡¢¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤òÊѤ¨¤ë¤³¤È¤Ê¤¯¡¢¤½¤Î¼«Á³¤Êɽ¾ð¤ò¶¯²½¤¹¤ë¾ú¤ˡ¤òÍѤ¤¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ²º¤ä¤«¤Ê¥×¥ì¥¹¡¢Äê´üŪ¤ÊÅäγÉÙ¡¢¥ª¡¼¥¯Ã®¤Î50¡ó¤ÏËèǯ¸ò´¹¤µ¤ì¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥í¥Ð¡¼¥È¡¦¥Ñ¡¼¥«¡¼¤Ï¤«¤Ä¤Æ¡¢Èà¤Î¤³¤È¤ò¡ÖÃϵå¾å¤ÇºÇ¤â°ÎÂç¤Ê¥ï¥¤¥ó¥á¡¼¥«¡¼¤Î°ì¿Í¡×¤Èɾ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ Èà¤Î¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤ÏÆÈÆäǡ¢¥Ô¥å¥¢¤Ç¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ê¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·¡¢¤½¤Î¥Õ¥£¥Í¥¹¤È»ý³À¤ÏÈó¾ï¤ËÃíÌܤËÃͤ¹¤ë¤â¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥¸¥ã¥ó¡¦¥Õ¥é¥ó¥½¥ï¤Ï2010ǯ¤Ë°úÂष¡¢Â©»Ò¤Î¥é¥Õ¥¡¥¨¥ë¤¬»ö¶È¤ò°ú¤·Ñ¤®¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Èà¤Î»Ø´ø¤Î²¼¡¢¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ï¡¢¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¤ÎÇò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎĺÅÀ¤ò¶Ë¤á¤Æ¤¤¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥³¥·¥å¡¦¥Ç¥å¥ê¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ï¡¢À¤³¦Ãæ¤Î°¦¹¥²È¤äÅê»ñ²È¤Î´Ö¤Ç¾ï¤Ëõ¤·µá¤á¤é¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥ë¥É¥Í°¦¹¥²È¤¬¡¢°ìÅÙ¤ÏÌ£¤ï¤¤¤¿¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥³¥·¥å ¥Ç¥å¥ê°ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥³¥·¥å ¥Ç¥å¥ê ¥à¥ë¥½¡¼ 2018 ¥³¥·¥å¥Ç¥å¥ê Coche Dury Meursault ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó[¤Î¤³¤ê1ËÜ] 248,000 円

It sashays out of the glass with gregarious notes of white peaches, fresh pears and pineapple with nuances of lime blossoms, crushed rocks and sea spray, plus a waft of beeswax. The racy, medium to full-bodied palate is charged with energy, delivering vibrant citrus and tropical fruit layers with a satiny texture and fantastic length. Completely exceeding my barrel tasting expectations, this promises to be an earlier drinking style, albeit multilayered, dripping with class and, yes, it's downright sexy. Give it just a few more months in bottle and then it should offer decadent drinking for the next 15+ years.(End of March 2021, The Wine Advocate, 1st Apr 2021) ¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¤ÈÁÐàú¤òÀ®¤¹¥°¥é¡¼¥ô¤Î̾Ìç ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥é ¥ß¥Ã¥·¥ç¥ó ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó Chateau la Mission Haut-Brion ¥é¡¦¥ß¥Ã¥·¥ç¥ó¡¦¥ª¡¼¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¤Ï¡¢Æ»¤ò1Ëܶ´¤ó¤Ç¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¤È¸þ¤«¤¤¹ç¤Ã¤Æ°ÌÃÖ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ 1983ǯ¤Ë¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¤Î¥ª¡¼¥Ê¡¼¤Ç¤¢¤ë¥Ç¥£¥í¥ó¼Ò¤¬Çã¼ý¤·¤Æ¤«¤é¤Ï¡¢¾ú¤¥¹¥¿¥Ã¥Õ¤ÎÆþ¤ìÂؤ¨¤äºÇÀèüµ¡´ï¤ÎƳÆþ¤Ê¤É¤Î²þ³×¤¬¹Ô¤ï¤ì¡¢¤½¤ÎÉʼÁ¤òÂçÉý¤Ë¹â¤á¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥óºÇÂç¤Î¥é¥¤¥Ð¥ë¤È¤µ¤ì¡¢¤½¤ÎÎ϶¯¤¯¡¢¹ë²÷¤Ê¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤ÏÀ¤³¦¤Î¥ï¥¤¥óÄ̤«¤é°¦¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥é ¥ß¥Ã¥·¥ç¥ó ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥é ¥ß¥Ã¥·¥ç¥ó ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó ¥Ö¥é¥ó 2018 ¥ª¡¼¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó Chateau la Mission Haut-Brion Blanc ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó 98,000 円

The nose simply sings of fresh peaches, pink grapefruit and almonds with touches of dried herbs, crushed stones, allspice and honeycomb plus a waft of elderflower. The medium-bodied palate reveals a lovely satiny texture, great intensity and a racy backbone to support the vibrant fruit, finishing long with some tropical notes coming through. It has an understated bouquet, a little quiet at the moment though nicely defined. The palate is fresh and crisp on the entry with fine acidity, though it tapers slightly towards the finish. I feel that this was knocked sideways by the trauma of the hailstorm, a Meursault with its wings clipped and just doing the best that it can.(222, The Wine Advocate, 31st Dec 2015) ¥à¥ë¥½¡¼¤Î°ÎÂç¤Êµð¾¢ ¥³¥ó¥È ¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó Comtes Lafon ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥åÇò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î¥È¥Ã¥×À¸»º¼Ô¡Ö¥³¥ó¥È¡¦¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó¡×¡£ ËܵòÃÏ¥à¥ë¥½¡¼¤Ë¿¤¯¤ÎÌþúȪ¤ò½êͤ·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥³¥ó¥È¡¦¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó¤Î̾À¼¤ÏÌܤò¸«Ä¥¤ë¤Û¤ÉÁÇÀ²¤é¤·¤¯¡¢¤½¤ÎÇò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ̾À¼¤ÏÀ¤³¦Ãæ¤ËÌĤê¶Á¤¤¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó¤¬Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î¥È¥Ã¥×À¸»º¼Ô¤ÎÃϰ̤òÃÛ¤¤¤¿¤Î¤ÏÀèÂå¤Î¥ë¥Í¡¦¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó¤Î»þÂå¡£ 1985ǯ¤«¤é¤Ï¸½Åö¼ç4ÂåÌܤΥɥߥ˥¯¡¦¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó¤¬·Ð±Ä¤ò°ú¤·Ñ¤®¸½ºß¤Ë»ê¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥É¥ß¥Ë¥¯»á¤Ï͵¡ºÏÇݤؤΰܹԤò¿Ê¤á¡¢1998ǯ¤Ë¤Ïǧ¾Ú¤òÆÀ¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤½¤·¤Æ2000ǯÂå¤Ë¤Ï²þ³×¤ò¿ä¿Ê¤·¡¢¤³¤ì¤Þ¤Ç¤Î¥à¥ë¥½¡¼¤Î´ð½à¤òÁ´¤Æʤ¤¹Äø¤Ë¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ç¶Å½Ì¤µ¤ì¤¿¡¢¥ß¥Í¥é¥ë¤ÎËÉ٤ʥ磻¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤¹¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì¤È¤Ê¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Èà¤é¤¬¼ê³Ý¤±¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ï¡¢Çò¤Ï¤â¤Á¤í¤ó¡¢ÀÖ¤â¹â¤¤É¾²Á¤ò¼õ¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥³¥ó¥È ¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥³¥ó¥È ¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó ¥à¥ë¥½¡¼ 2014 ¥³¥ó¥È¥é¥Õ¥©¥ó Comtes Lafon Meursault ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù[¤Î¤³¤ê1ËÜ] 59,800 円

On the palate, its medium to full-bodied, intense and incisive, with excellent concentration and a tangy line of acidity that lends the wine enormous length. Right now, its youthfully tight-knit, but theres immense promise here. This note applies to a bottle from a cuv?e produced from the lieu-dit Les Chaumes that also contains some juice from La Barre. Rapha?l Coche told me that he produced three other cuv?es, one from Vireuils, another from Narvaux and a third assembling multiple parcels that together filled a press. On the palate, this full-bodied wine reveals tension and definition that it seemed to miss in barrel, its glossy attack now backed by a nicely chalky structure and a deep, properly reserved core. This will need some time in the bottle to integrate, but its evolution is very promising, and while this is unusually rich and concentrated those qualities dont come at the expense of terroir.(236, The Wine Advocate, 27th Apr 2018) ¥°¥é¥ó¥¯¥ê¥å¤ËÆò½¤·¡¢Äã¼ýÎÌ¡¢¹âÉʼÁ¤Ë¹´¤ëÍ£°ì̵Æó¤ÎÀ¸»º¼Ô ¥Ü¥Î¡¼ ¥Ç¥å ¥Þ¥ë¥È¥ì¥¤ Bonneau du Martray ¥â¥ó¥é¥Ã¥·¥§¤ÈʤÓÀ¤³¦ºÇ¹âÊö¤ÎÇò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤È»¾¤¨¤é¤ì¤ëÆõéȪ¡¢¥³¥ë¥È¥ó¡¦¥·¥ã¥ë¥ë¥Þ¡¼¥Ë¥å¡£ ¤½¤ÎȪ¤ò¹¤¯½êͤ·¡¢Âå̾»ì¤È¤â¤¤¤ï¤ì¤ë¸ºß¤¬¥Ü¥Î¡¼¡¦¥Ç¥å¡¦¥Þ¥ë¥È¥ì¥¤¤Ç¤¹¡£ 2¤Ä¤ÎÆõéȪ¡Ö¥³¥ë¥È¥ó¡×¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¡Ö¥³¥ë¥È¥ó¡¦¥·¥ã¥ë¥ë¥Þ¡¼¥Ë¥å¡×¤Î¤ß¤ò¼ê¤¬¤±¡¢Äã¼ýÎ̹âÉʼÁ¤Ë¤³¤À¤ï¤Ã¤Æ¹Ô¤¦¥ï¥¤¥óÀ¸»º¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤ÎÀ¸»º¼Ô¤È¤·¤Æ¤ÎÃϰ̤ò³ÎΩ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ü¥Î¡¼ ¥Ç¥å ¥Þ¥ë¥È¥ì¥¤ °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥Ü¥Î¡¼ ¥Ç¥å ¥Þ¥ë¥È¥ì¥¤ ¥³¥ë¥È¥ó ¥·¥ã¥ë¥ë¥Þ¡¼¥Ë¥å ¥°¥é¥ó ¥¯¥ê¥å 2015 ¥é¥Ù¥ëÉÔÎÉ ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù 84,000 円

The Château Yquem 2011 has a complex bouquet, one that is very well defined with hints of petrol infusing the rich honeyed fruit, later melted wax and fresh peach coming through. The palate is well balanced with a strong viscous entry. There is plenty of residual sugar here and I would have preferred a little more acidic bite to offset that rich, decadent finish (this is despite their correct policy of blending non-botrytized berries in order to increase acidity.) Powerful, burly even, I would give this several years in the cellar to allow this Yquem to mellow and enter its stride.(217, The Wine Advocate 28th Feb 2015) ĺÅÀ¤Ë·¯Îפ¹¤ë°ÎÂç¤Êµ®Éå¥ï¥¤¥ó ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥Ç¥£¥±¥à Chateau d'Yquem ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥Ç¥£¥±¥à¤Ï¡¢À¤³¦¤ÇºÇ¤âÍ̾¤Ê´Å¸ý¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ç¤¢¤ê¡¢´Ö°ã¤¤¤Ê¤¯ºÇ¹âµé¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ç¤¹¡£ ´°Á´¤Ëµ®Éå²½¤·¤¿²Ì¼Â¤Î¤ß¤¬¼ý³Ï¤µ¤ì¡¢¼ýÎ̤ÏÈó¾ï¤Ë¾¯¤Ê¤¯¡¢1ËܤΥ֥ɥ¦¤ÎÌÚ¤«¤é¤Ï¥°¥é¥¹1ÇÕʬ¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤·¤«À¸»º¤µ¤ì¤Þ¤»¤ó¡£ ¶Ã¤¯¤Û¤É¤ÎÊ£»¨¤µ¡¢Ë¤«¤µ¡¢¥¨¥¥¾¥Á¥Ã¥¯¤ÊÉ÷Ì£¤¬¤¢¤ê¡¢50ǯ°Ê¾å¤Î½ÏÀ®¤Î²ÄǽÀ¤ò»ý¤Ä¥°¥ì¡¼¥È¥ô¥£¥ó¥Æ¡¼¥¸¤â¸ºß¤·¤Þ¤¹¡£ Ç´ÅÚ¡¢º½ãª¡¢Àг¥´ä¤Î¸ò¤¸¤ëÊ£»¨¤ÊÅÚ¾í¡¢µ®Éå¶Ý¤òÀ¸¤à¥·¥í¥óÀ¤é¤Î¼¾ÅÙ¡¢Ãϲ¼¤ËÄ¥¤ê½ä¤é¤·¤¿Çӿ奷¥¹¥Æ¥à¤Ê¤É¤Î·Ã¤Þ¤ì¤¿¼«Á³´Ä¶¤Ë²Ã¤¨¡¢°ìÀÚ¤ÎÂŶ¨¤òµö¤µ¤Ê¤¤ÆþÇ°¤Ê¼ý³Ï¤¬¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥Ç¥£¥±¥à¤ÎÉʼÁ¤ò»Ù¤¨¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ 150¿Í¤â¤ÎŦ¤ß¼ê¤¬¡¢´°Á´¤Ë½Ï¤·¤¿ºÇÎɤΥ֥ɥ¦¤Î¤ß¤ò¸·Áª¤·¤Æ¼ý³Ï¤ò¹Ô¤¦¤³¤È¤Ç¡¢Èó¾ï¤Ë¹â¤¤½ÏÀ®¥Ý¥Æ¥ó¥·¥ã¥ë¤ò»ý¤Ã¤¿¡¢ºÇ¹âÉʼÁ¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·Â³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥Ç¥£¥±¥à °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥Ç¥£¥±¥à 2011 ¥¤¥±¥à Chateau d'Yquem ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ ´Å¸ý¥ï¥¤¥ó Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó 79,800 円

Still somewhat reserved, but bursting with potential, this beauty can be drunk now and over the next 6-10 years.(210, The Wine Advocate 30th Dec 2013) ¥½¥Î¥Þ¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎĺÅÀ¤Î°ì³Ñ ¥Ô¡¼¥¿¡¼ ¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë Peter Michael °Û¿§¤Î·ÐÎò¤ò»ý¤Ä¥«¥ê¥¹¥ÞÀ¸»º¼ÔIT¼Â¶È²È¤È¤·¤Æ40ÂåȾ¤Ð¤ÇÀ®¸ù¤·¤¿¥Ô¡¼¥¿¡¼¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë»á¤Ï¡¢¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¤ËÄ̤¦¤¦¤Á¤Ë¡¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎÌ¥ÎϤˤȤê¤Ä¤«¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ¥ï¥¤¥ó¤¤ê¤ÎÌ´¤ò¤«¤Ê¤¨¤ë¤¿¤á¡¢¥Ê¥Ñ¤È¥½¥Î¥Þ¤òÁö¤ê²ó¤ê¡¢Åö»þ¤Ï¤À¤ì¤â¸«¸þ¤¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Ê¤«¤Ã¤¿¥½¥Î¥Þ¡¦¥«¥¦¥ó¥Æ¥£¤Î¥Ê¥¤¥Ä¥ô¥¡¥ì¡¼¤Î¸µËÒ¾ì¤ÎÅÚÃϤò¹ØÆþ¡£ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ì¥ó¥É¤ÎÀ֥磻¥ó¤È¡¢¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å¡¦¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤Î¥·¥ã¥ë¥É¥Í¤òÀ¸»º¤·»Ï¤á¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ º£¤Þ¤µ¤ËÆþ²Ùº¤Æñ¤ò¶Ë¤á¤ë´õ¾¯¥ï¥¤¥ó¥Ô¡¼¥¿¡¼¡¦¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë¤Ï¥«¥ë¥È¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Î¸µÁĤǤ¹¡£ ¥ï¥¤¥ó¡¦¥¹¥Ú¥¯¥Æ¡¼¥¿¡¼»ï¹±Îã¤Î2015ǯ¤Î¥È¥Ã¥×100¤Ç¤Ï¡¢¥«¥Ù¥ë¥Í¡¦¥½¡¼¥ô¥£¥Ë¥è¥ó¡¦¥ª¡¼¥¯¥ô¥£¥ë¡¦¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ñ¥é¥Ç¥£2012¤¬¥È¥Ã¥×¤ËΩ¤Á¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ ÆüËܤؤÎÍ¢½Ð¤Ï¾¯Î̤ǡ¢º£¤â¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎĺÅÀ¤Î°ì³Ñ¤È¤·¤Æ¡¢¸÷¤êµ±¤¤¤Æ¤¤¤ë¸ºß¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥Ô¡¼¥¿¡¼ ¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥Ô¡¼¥¿¡¼ ¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë ¥·¥ã¥ë¥É¥Í ¥Ù¥ë ¥³¡¼¥È 2010 ¥Ô¡¼¥¿¡¼¥Þ¥¤¥±¥ë Peter Michael Chardonnay Belle Cote ¥¢¥á¥ê¥« ¥«¥ê¥Õ¥©¥ë¥Ë¥¢ Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó 29,800 円

A deep and concentrated bouquet of yellow apples, limes, green tea and herbal aromas along with spicy flavors of cardamom, fenugreek seed and rye on the pure nose lead to a dense, well-concentrated, semi-sweet and piquant palate full of elegance, raciness, finesse and balance. This is a full-flavored, complex, lingering, salty and mineral-backboned Spätlese for the next 20 or 30 years. It tastes less sweet than so many other Saar and Mosel Spätlesen and, thus, is a great wine to be enjoyed with food.eRobertParker.com #217 Feb 2015 ¥¨¥´¥ó ¥ß¥å¥é¡¼ ¥·¥ã¥ë¥Ä¥Û¡¼¥Õ¥Ù¥ë¥¬¡¼ ¥ê¡¼¥¹¥ê¥ó¥° ¥·¥å¥Ú¡¼¥È¥ì¡¼¥¼ 2013 Egon Muller Scharzhofberger Riesling Spaetlese ¥É¥¤¥Ä Çò¥ï¥¤¥ó 39,800 円
