Mingling aromas of blackberries and raspberries with notions of exotic spices, orange rind, smoked duck and forest floor, it's full-bodied, rich and concentrated, with broad structural shoulders supplied by ripe, powdery tannins. Layered and muscular, it's remarkably seamless and integrated at this early stage, concluding with a long, sapid finish.(January 2022 Week 3, The Wine Advocate, 21st Jan 2022) ¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì ¥É ¥é ¥í¥Þ¥Í ¥³¥ó¥Æ¥£ °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥í¥Þ¥Í¥³¥ó¥Æ¥£ ¥°¥é¥ó ¥¨¥·¥§¥¾¡¼ 2019 ¥É¥á¡¼¥Ì ¥É ¥é ¥í¥Þ¥Í ¥³¥ó¥Æ¥£ DRC Grands Echezeaux ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ö¥ë¥´¡¼¥Ë¥å À֥磻¥ó 880,000 円

The fullness of the fruit is on full display, but in a very relaxed and natural manner. The wine never feels like too much. The tannins are yielding and velvety, and this purebred Tuscan red wraps thickly over the palate. Production of 2013 and 2014 was skipped, and the next vintage we shall see (very soon) is 2015, which is also reviewed in this report. This vintage produced large berry sizes for Sangiovese - something Bibi Graetz is always happy to see because it is an indicator of elegance and finesse within the context of the house style. If you consider this wine, his observation makes perfect sense. This warm vintage is powerful and rich in its natural state, so any additional berry density might easily lead to overextraction and heaviness. However, the mouthfeel is objectively thinner and more compact in this vintage. Colore represents a blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino in equal parts. The bouquet is redolent of wild berry, dried cherry and toasted spice. This vintage offers a very attractive mineral note as well. Fruit is selected from three of Bibi Graetz's favorite vineyards with ancient vines: Lamole (in Chianti Classico), Vincigliata and Siena. Only 5,000 bottles were made.(The Wine Advocate, Sep 26, 2018) ÃÏ°è¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¸«»ö¤ËÈ¿±Ç¤·¤¿¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î·Ý½ÑºîÉÊ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä Bibi Graetz ¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥Æ¥£¥Ã¥¯¤Ê¥é¥Ù¥ë¤È¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢¥È¥Ã¥×¥¯¥é¥¹¤ÎÉʼÁ¤ÇÈó¾ï¤Ë¿Íµ¤¤Î¹â¤¤¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¤Î·Ý½Ñ°ì²È¤ËÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤¿¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤Ï¡¢¼«²È¾ÃÈñÍѤΥ磻¥ó¤¤ê¤ò¼êÅÁ¤¤»Ï¤á¤¿¤³¤È¤¬¤¤Ã¤«¤±¤Ç¡¢·Ý½ÑºîÉʤȤ·¤Æ¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¼ê³Ý¤±¤ë¤è¤¦¤Ë¤Ê¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Èà¤Î¸Î¶¿¤Ø¤Î¶¯¤¤»×¤¤¤È¤½¤ÎÆÈÁÏÀ¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ¡¢ÃÏ°è¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¸«»ö¤ËÈ¿±Ç¤·¤¿¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·Â³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤½¤Î¤¿¤á¤Ë¼è¤êÆþ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¤Î¤¬¡¢225L¤Îî¤ò½ÄÃÖ¤¤Ë¤·¡¢¤½¤Î¤Þ¤Þȯ¹Ú¤µ¤»¤ëÀ½Ë¡¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤³¤¦¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤Ç¡¢¥Ö¥É¥¦¤Î²ÌÈé¤Ë¤Ä¤¤¤¿ÌîÀ¸¹ÚÊì¤ò»È¤¦¤¿¤á¡¢ÅÚÃϤ½¤Î¤â¤Î¤ò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ëɽ¸½¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤¬½ÐÍè¤ë¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤³¤Î°ìÉ÷ÊѤï¤Ã¤¿Ã®È¯¹Ú¤ÎÊýË¡¤¬Â礤ÊÀ®¸ù¤ò¼ý¤á¡¢¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤Î¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤ò¾Ýħ¤¹¤ë¼êË¡¤È¤Ê¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ·¿Çˤê¤ÊÊýË¡¤ÇÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤µ¤ì¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ï¡¢¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¥¬¥¤¥É¡¢¥ô¥§¥í¥Í¥Ã¥ê¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢Á´ÅÚ¤Ç3°Ì¤È¤¤¤¦²÷µó¡£ ¤Þ¤¿À¤³¦ºÇÂç¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¸«Ëܻԡ֥ô¥£¥Í¥¯¥¹¥Ý¡×¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¡¢¥Ö¥é¥¤¥ó¥É¥Æ¥¤¥¹¥Æ¥£¥ó¥°¤ò¹Ô¤Ã¤¿Ìó3ËüËܤΥ磻¥ó¤ÎÃ椫¤éNO.1¤ËÁª¤Ð¤ì¤ë¤Ê¤É¡¢À¤³¦³Æ¹ñ¤Ç¹â¤¤É¾²Á¤òÆÀ³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼»á¤Î¸ÅÌڤؤΰ¦¾ð¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¼ç¤ËºÏÇݤ¹¤ë¤Î¤Ï¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÎÅÚÃåÉʼï¤Ç¤¢¤ë¥µ¥ó¥¸¥ç¥ô¥§¡¼¥¼¡¢¥«¥Ê¥¤¥ª¡¼¥í¡¢¥³¥í¥ê¡¼¥Î¡£ Ȫ¤Ï¡¢¥¥ã¥ó¥Æ¥£¡¦¥¯¥é¥·¥³¤ÎÃæ¿´Éô¤Ë¤¢¤ëɸ¹â600m¤È400m¤Î¥é¥â¡¼¥ì¤È¥â¥ó¥Æ¥Õ¥£¡¼¥ê¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¶á¹Ù¤Îɸ¹â280m¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤¹¤ë¥ô¥£¥ó¥Á¥ê¥¢¡¼¥¿¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¤ÎË̦¡¢¥ë¥Õ¥£¥Ê·Ìë¤ËÌ̤¹¤ë¥í¥ó¥À¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥ÊÆîÉô¡¢É¸¹â250m¤Î¥·¥¨¥Ê¤Ê¤É¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÎÍÍ¡¹¤ÊÃÏ°è¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼»á¤Ï¸Å¤¤¥Ö¥É¥¦Èª¤Ë̥뤵¤ì¡¢¤½¤ÎÁ¡ºÙ¤µ¡¢¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¤½¤³¤«¤éÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤ë²Ì¼Â¤Î½ã¿è¤µ¤Ë¼æ¤«¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ º£¤Ç¤Ï¡¢¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤¬¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÇºÇÂç¤Î¸ÅÌڤΥ֥ɥ¦Èª¤Î¥³¥ì¥¯¥·¥ç¥ó¤Î¤Ò¤È¤Ä¤ò½êͤ·¡¢º£¤â¡¢¤Ö¤É¤¦Èª¤Î¼êÆþ¤ì¤ò¼«¤é¹Ô¤¤¤Ê¤¬¤é¡¢¿·¤·¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ͺÂç¤Ê·Ê¿§¤ò»ý¤ÄÈþ¤·¤¤Èª¤ÇºÏÇݤµ¤ì¤¿¡¢¡Æ¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥È¡Æ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤¬Â¤¤ê½Ð¤¹³Ú±à¤ÎÀ¤³¦¤ò¤ª³Ú¤·¤ß¤¯¤À¤µ¤¤¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä ¥³¥í¡¼¥ì 2012 ¥É¥é¥´¥ó¡Êäǯ¡Ë¥é¥Ù¥ë Bibi Graetz Colore ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢ À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù 34,800 円

In this case, fruit comes from the Lamole area with vineyards at a high 600 meters above sea level. Some are south-facing but high up on the mountain. As Bibi explains: ¡ÈColore delivers power and freshness, whereas Testamatta delivers transparency and freshness.¡É The Colore shows the pure energy and liveliness of Sangiovese with violet, wild cherry and orange zest. The wine delivers an elegantly earthy side with a very delineated mouthfeel driven by very fine, silly tannins. This is a beautiful wine with delicately sweet cherry on the finish. Bibi has been making little changes to this wine over the years (other than giving it a new winery home in Fiesole) to capture an ideal or benchmark for Sangiovese. His 2021 is his best wine yet. Production is 35,000 bottles, which is slightly lower compared to the last vintage.(The Wine Advocate, Jun 01, 2023) ÃÏ°è¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¸«»ö¤ËÈ¿±Ç¤·¤¿¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î·Ý½ÑºîÉÊ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä Bibi Graetz ¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥Æ¥£¥Ã¥¯¤Ê¥é¥Ù¥ë¤È¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢¥È¥Ã¥×¥¯¥é¥¹¤ÎÉʼÁ¤ÇÈó¾ï¤Ë¿Íµ¤¤Î¹â¤¤¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¡£ ¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¤Î·Ý½Ñ°ì²È¤ËÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤¿¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤Ï¡¢¼«²È¾ÃÈñÍѤΥ磻¥ó¤¤ê¤ò¼êÅÁ¤¤»Ï¤á¤¿¤³¤È¤¬¤¤Ã¤«¤±¤Ç¡¢·Ý½ÑºîÉʤȤ·¤Æ¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ò¼ê³Ý¤±¤ë¤è¤¦¤Ë¤Ê¤ê¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ Èà¤Î¸Î¶¿¤Ø¤Î¶¯¤¤»×¤¤¤È¤½¤ÎÆÈÁÏÀ¤Ë¤è¤Ã¤Æ¡¢ÃÏ°è¤Î¥Æ¥í¥ï¡¼¥ë¤ò¸«»ö¤ËÈ¿±Ç¤·¤¿¡¢Í£°ì̵Æó¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·Â³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤½¤Î¤¿¤á¤Ë¼è¤êÆþ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¤Î¤¬¡¢225L¤Îî¤ò½ÄÃÖ¤¤Ë¤·¡¢¤½¤Î¤Þ¤Þȯ¹Ú¤µ¤»¤ëÀ½Ë¡¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤³¤¦¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤Ç¡¢¥Ö¥É¥¦¤Î²ÌÈé¤Ë¤Ä¤¤¤¿ÌîÀ¸¹ÚÊì¤ò»È¤¦¤¿¤á¡¢ÅÚÃϤ½¤Î¤â¤Î¤ò¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ëɽ¸½¤¹¤ë¤³¤È¤¬½ÐÍè¤ë¤Î¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¤³¤Î°ìÉ÷ÊѤï¤Ã¤¿Ã®È¯¹Ú¤ÎÊýË¡¤¬Â礤ÊÀ®¸ù¤ò¼ý¤á¡¢¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤Î¥ï¥¤¥Ê¥ê¡¼¤ò¾Ýħ¤¹¤ë¼êË¡¤È¤Ê¤Ã¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ·¿Çˤê¤ÊÊýË¡¤ÇÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤µ¤ì¤ë¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ï¡¢¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¥¬¥¤¥É¡¢¥ô¥§¥í¥Í¥Ã¥ê¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢Á´ÅÚ¤Ç3°Ì¤È¤¤¤¦²÷µó¡£ ¤Þ¤¿À¤³¦ºÇÂç¤Î¥ï¥¤¥ó¸«Ëܻԡ֥ô¥£¥Í¥¯¥¹¥Ý¡×¤Ë¤ª¤¤¤Æ¡¢¥Ö¥é¥¤¥ó¥É¥Æ¥¤¥¹¥Æ¥£¥ó¥°¤ò¹Ô¤Ã¤¿Ìó3ËüËܤΥ磻¥ó¤ÎÃ椫¤éNO.1¤ËÁª¤Ð¤ì¤ë¤Ê¤É¡¢À¤³¦³Æ¹ñ¤Ç¹â¤¤É¾²Á¤òÆÀ³¤±¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼»á¤Î¸ÅÌڤؤΰ¦¾ð¤Ë¤è¤ê¡¢¼ç¤ËºÏÇݤ¹¤ë¤Î¤Ï¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÎÅÚÃåÉʼï¤Ç¤¢¤ë¥µ¥ó¥¸¥ç¥ô¥§¡¼¥¼¡¢¥«¥Ê¥¤¥ª¡¼¥í¡¢¥³¥í¥ê¡¼¥Î¡£ Ȫ¤Ï¡¢¥¥ã¥ó¥Æ¥£¡¦¥¯¥é¥·¥³¤ÎÃæ¿´Éô¤Ë¤¢¤ëɸ¹â600m¤È400m¤Î¥é¥â¡¼¥ì¤È¥â¥ó¥Æ¥Õ¥£¡¼¥ê¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¶á¹Ù¤Îɸ¹â280m¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤¹¤ë¥ô¥£¥ó¥Á¥ê¥¢¡¼¥¿¡¢¥Õ¥£¥ì¥ó¥Ä¥§¤ÎË̦¡¢¥ë¥Õ¥£¥Ê·Ìë¤ËÌ̤¹¤ë¥í¥ó¥À¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥ÊÆîÉô¡¢É¸¹â250m¤Î¥·¥¨¥Ê¤Ê¤É¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÎÍÍ¡¹¤ÊÃÏ°è¤Ë°ÌÃÖ¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼»á¤Ï¸Å¤¤¥Ö¥É¥¦Èª¤Ë̥뤵¤ì¡¢¤½¤ÎÁ¡ºÙ¤µ¡¢¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥¹¡¢¤½¤·¤Æ¤½¤³¤«¤éÀ¸¤Þ¤ì¤ë²Ì¼Â¤Î½ã¿è¤µ¤Ë¼æ¤«¤ì¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ º£¤Ç¤Ï¡¢¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤¬¡¢¥È¥¹¥«¡¼¥Ê¤ÇºÇÂç¤Î¸ÅÌڤΥ֥ɥ¦Èª¤Î¥³¥ì¥¯¥·¥ç¥ó¤Î¤Ò¤È¤Ä¤ò½êͤ·¡¢º£¤â¡¢¤Ö¤É¤¦Èª¤Î¼êÆþ¤ì¤ò¼«¤é¹Ô¤¤¤Ê¤¬¤é¡¢¿·¤·¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤òÀ¸¤ß½Ð¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ͺÂç¤Ê·Ê¿§¤ò»ý¤ÄÈþ¤·¤¤Èª¤ÇºÏÇݤµ¤ì¤¿¡¢¡Æ¥¢¡¼¥Æ¥£¥¹¥È¡Æ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼¡¦¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä¤¬Â¤¤ê½Ð¤¹³Ú±à¤ÎÀ¤³¦¤ò¤ª³Ú¤·¤ß¤¯¤À¤µ¤¤¡£ ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¥Ó¡¼¥Ó¡¼ ¥°¥é¡¼¥Ä ¥³¥í¡¼¥ì 2021 Bibi Graetz Colore ¥¤¥¿¥ê¥¢ À֥磻¥ó ¿·Æþ²Ù 34,800 円

In 2021, the blend is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Carmenere and 5% Merlot (no Cabernet Franc this year). It has a ripe and heady nose, with 14.68% alcohol (15% on the label), mellow acidity and intense notes of red peppers, ripe blackberries and cassis and some spiciness from the oak. It matured for one year in French barriques, only 10% new and 90% second use. It has a little less structure and softer tannins, making it more approachable than previous years, a profile that seems to be the signature of the year. It's medium to full-bodied with velvety, more polished tannins, and it is more delicate and less concentrated, with more finesse. But I find these quite homogeneous and regular, this year with no raisins or dehydrated grapes, and in this vintage, it feels open and expressive. 80,000 bottles produced. This is slightly higher in Cabernet Franc to provide some extra freshness. I was very pleasantly surprised at how the 2015s kept very good freshness, considering it was a very warm and dry year. But as Ricardo Rivadeneira told me, they were able to harvest early with good ripeness and without seeing any drop in acidity. The fermentation and aging was similar to the 2016 - fermented with selected yeasts and matured in French oak barrels for 24 months. This is also 13.5% alcohol. It's very expressive in aromas, with lots of aromatic herbs, spicy and without any green aromas. The palate is very harmonious, with tannins that are round and soft and give it a velvety texture. It's juicy and elegant, without any earthiness or rusticity. This is remarkable and transcends the conditions of the vintage. 15,000 bottles produced. Winemaking is pretty similar for all reds, with fermentation in stainless steel and 21 to 25 degrees Celsius with selected yeasts. The aging was two years in French oak barrels. Medium to full-bodied, deep and tightly wound, it's impressively pure and vibrant, though it lacks the mid-palate plenitude of the vintage's best wines, displaying a touch of tannic asperity on the finish.
