Deep garnet in color, the 2016 Hommage à Elisabeth Bouchet hits the ground running with an intense, profound nose of blackberry preserves, boysenberries and redcurrant jelly, plus suggestions of beef drippings, black olives, damp soil and unsmoked cigars with wafts of pencil lead and truffles. The full-bodied palate bursts with vibrant, shimmery black and red fruits, inlaid with mineral accents and supported by firm, exquisitely ripe and finely grained tannins. Electric sparks of bright acidity course through the densely packed core, delivering incredible energy and freshness to the finish, leaving you wanting more. That this estate has managed to craft such a complete, jaw-dropping beauty entirely from Cabernet Franc is a triumph and, I hope, not the last of its kind. The palate packs an absolute flavor wallop, bursting with rich, ripe black fruits and loads of spicy sparks, while framed by beautifully plush tannins, finishing long and minerally. Not at all heavy, on the contrary, the Les Forts is both expansive AND tantalizingly refreshing. In terms of evolution, it has barely budged since I last tasted it in 2017. The 1994 appears to be the finest Mouton-Rothschild made following the 1986 and before the 1995's conception. The wine exhibits a dense, saturated purple color, followed by a classic Mouton nose of sweet black fruits intermingled with smoke, pain grillee, spice, and cedar. Medium to full-bodied, with outstanding concentration, a layered feel, plenty of tannin, and rich, concentrated fruit, this wine is similar to the fine 1988. Anticipated maturity: 2005-2025. By the way, the Dutch artist, Appel, has created a gorgeous label for the 1994. While it's drinking very well right now, it easily has a good 20 years of cellaring ahead, maybe more. The elegantly styled, medium-bodied palate (13% alcohol) fills the mouth with intense red and black berry preserves layers, framed by evolved, soft-textured tannins and well-knit freshness, finishing long and spicy. This vintage does not have the power and backbone of an outstanding vintage of Latour, but it is aging gracefully and, still possessing a lot of discernible fruit with plenty of tertiary pizazz, is absolutely delicious to drink right now. Deep garnet-purple in color, the wine needs a lot of swirling before it begins to release a whole complex melody of notes, one at a time to begin: tilled earth, followed by pronounced licorice, then crushed rocks, then the preserved plums. Eventually, it all comes together into a fascinating crescendo of intense crème de cassis, rose oil, wild blueberries and kirsch notes, giving way to quiet, persistent leitmotif scents of cinnamon stick, truffles and redcurrant jelly. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers all this and more, revealing tightly wound black fruit, red berry and exotic spice layers within a solid, wonderfully plush frame and seamless freshness, finishing with epic length and loads of earth and mineral sparks. This is a profound, highly intellectual, multilayered baby, which will require a good 7-8 years to begin to sing its incredible song, then should cellar a further 40 years at least. By way of reference, think 1989 with more restraint and even greater purity.(End of March 2021, The Wine Advocate, 1st Apr 2021) ¥°¥é¡¼¥ôÃ϶èÍ£°ì¤Î1µé ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó Chateau Haut-Brion 5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼¤ÎÃæ¤ÇÍ£°ì¥°¥é¡¼¥ôÃ϶褫¤é¥á¥É¥Ã¥¯1µé¤Ë³ÊÉÕ¤±¤µ¤ì¤Æ¤¤¤ë¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥ª¡¼¡¦¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Ë¤Ï500ǯ°Ê¾å¤ÎÎò»Ë¤¬¤¢¤ê¡¢ÁϻϼԤǤ¢¤ë¥¸¥ã¥ó¡¦¥É¥¥¡¦¥Ý¥ó¥¿¥Ã¥¯°Ê¹ß¡¢¿ô¡¹¤Î¥ª¡¼¥Ê¡¼¤Î¼ê¤ËÅϤë¤Ê¤«¤Ç¡¢¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¤Ï¸Â¤ê¤Ê¤¤È¯Å¸¤ò¿ë¤²¤Æ¤¤Þ¤·¤¿¡£ 1934ǯ¤Ë¥¢¥á¥ê¥«¤Î¥Ç¥£¥í¥ó²È¤¬½êͤ·¤Æ¤«¤é¤Ï¡¢ºÇÀèü¤Îµ»½Ñ¤¬ºÎÍѤµ¤ì¡¢¤è¤êÉʼÁ¤ò¹â¤á¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥¨¥ì¥¬¥ó¥È¤Ç¹á¤ê¹â¤¯¡¢½À¤é¤«¤ß¤¬¤¢¤ë¤¿¤á¡¢Â¾¤Î5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼¤ËÈæ¤Ù¤Æ¿Æ¤·¤ß¤ä¤¹¤¤¥¹¥¿¥¤¥ë¤Ç¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¡ÚºÇÂç20,000±ßOFF¥¯¡¼¥Ý¥ó¡ú´ü´Ö¸ÂÄê¡Û¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥ª¡¼ ¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó 2018 ¥ª¡¼¥Ö¥ê¥ª¥ó Chateau Haut-Brion ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ À֥磻¥ó¡Ú¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼SALE´ü´Ö¡ú6/4 20:00?6/11 1:59¡Û 98,000 円

It has a clean and precise bouquet - you could almost describe this as dainty, which I mean in a positive sense. The fruit is beautifully delineated, almost pastille-like with subtle floral scents emerging with time. The palate is fresh on the entry with supple red berries pierced by a fine line of acidity. No, it is not complex and it has lost a little substance in recent years, yet it is well balanced with sufficient depth and body on the tobacco and cedar-tinged finish. If you can put its status aside, it boils down to nothing more than a well-made, easygoing and refined Pauillac to drink now and over the next decade. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it's broad and generous, with a more exotic, extravagant profile than the grand vin but also levels of concentration and character that exceed what was the case a decade ago. In recent years, Lafite has actually ripped up parcels that routinely never made it into the grand vin?and the grand vin now includes more and more Cabernet Sauvignon. Even if Carruades now contains less Merlot than was historically the case (27% in 2019), I suspect it's benefiting from the inclusion of Merlot that would have formerly made it into the assemblage of Lafite itself.(April 2022 Week 1, The Wine Advocate, 8th Apr 2022) 5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼¤ÎɮƬ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥é¥Õ¥£¥Ã¥È ¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È Chateau Lafite Rothschild ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼¤ÎɮƬ¤È¤·¤Æ̾¹â¤¤¥·¥ã¥È¡¼¡¦¥é¥Õ¥£¥Ã¥È¡¦¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È¡£ 13À¤µª¤Ë¤Ï¥é¥Õ¥£¥Ã¥È¤Ïʸ¸¥¤ËÅо줷¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¤¬¡¢¥ï¥¤¥ó¤ÎɾȽ¤ò³ÎΩ¤¹¤ë¤Î¤Ï¡¢¥Ë¥³¥é¡¦¥¢¥ì¥¯¥µ¥ó¥É¥ë¡¦¥»¥®¥å¡¼¥ë¸ô¼ß¤¬½êͤ·¤Æ¤¤¤¿18À¤µª¤Ë¤Ê¤ê¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥ô¥§¥ë¥µ¥¤¥æµÜŤǤâ¹â¤¯É¾²Á¤µ¤ì¡¢µ®Â²¤¿¤Á¤Î¥¹¥Æ¡¼¥¿¥¹¥·¥ó¥Ü¥ë¤È¤·¤Æ°¦¤µ¤ì¤ë¤è¤¦¤Ë¤Ê¤ê¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¤½¤Î¸å¡¢²¿Âå¤â¤Î¥ª¡¼¥Ê¡¼¤ò·Ð¤Æ¡¢Îò»Ë¤ËËÝÏ®¤µ¤ì¤Ê¤¬¤é¤â¡¢¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼¤ÎĺÅÀ¤Ë¤Õ¤µ¤ï¤·¤¤¥ï¥¤¥ó¤Ø¤ÈÀ®Ä¹¤·¤Æ¤¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¶áÂå¤Ç¤â¡¢¥Æ¥¯¥Ë¥«¥ë¡¦¥Ç¥£¥ì¥¯¥¿¡¼¤Î¥¨¥ê¥Ã¥¯¡¦¥³¥ì¡¼¥ë¤Ë¤è¤ê¹¹¤Ê¤ë²þ³×¤¬¿Ê¤á¤é¤ì¡¢5Â祷¥ã¥È¡¼É®Æ¬¤ÎÃϰ̤òÉÔÆ°¤Î¤â¤Î¤Ë¤·¤Æ¤¤¤Þ¤¹¡£ ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥é¥Õ¥£¥Ã¥È ¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È °ìÍ÷¤Ø ¡ÚºÇÂç20,000±ßOFF¥¯¡¼¥Ý¥ó¡ú´ü´Ö¸ÂÄê¡Û¥«¥ê¥å¥¢¥É ¥É ¥é¥Õ¥£¥Ã¥È 2019 ¥·¥ã¥È¡¼ ¥é¥Õ¥£¥Ã¥È ¥í¡¼¥È¥·¥ë¥È ¥í¥¹¥Á¥ã¥¤¥ë¥É Chateau Lafite Rothschild Carruades de Lafite ¥Õ¥é¥ó¥¹ ¥Ü¥ë¥É¡¼ À֥磻¥ó¡Ú¥¹¡¼¥Ñ¡¼SALE´ü´Ö¡ú6/4 20:00?6/11 1:59¡Û 49,800 円

Deep garnet with hint of brick, the 2005 Mouton Rothschild is evolving into unabashed, flamboyant notes of Christmas cake, plum preserves, chocolate-covered cherries, eucalyptus and crème de cassis with beautifully fragrant wafts of potpourri, incense, Indian spices and cigar box.
